The Gillian Institute is a free standing ambulatory surgery center specializing in plastic surgery. The building includes general exam and office facilities, rooms for laser procedures, and outpatient surgery suite with two operating rooms and support facilities.

There is an expansion space for a future Day Spa to be associated with the overall services offered by the institute.

Community Westview Health Pavilion included the design of the new two story medical office building, as well as the interior build-out of clinic spaces. Interior build-outs included a family physicians office with six exam rooms, a pediatric physician’s office with sixteen exam rooms and a MedCheck.

Infusion, imaging, physical therapy, a time-share physician’s office, and a community room are all functions included in the remainder of the interior build-out. The health care pavilion opened in January 2013.
