Emagine Theater

Studio 3 Design and Emagine Entertainment continued their relationship with the design and construction of Emagine’s newest theater, with a 12 lane bowling alley.

Design included a 10 screen multi-plex theater with stadium seating, a game area, and concession/bar area. This Project is LEED certified.

Artec Environmental Addition and Renovation

Renovation of existing 3,400 SF 2 story space and 6,800 of building addition. Artec Environmental Monitoring approached Studio 3 Design about renovating the existing 3,400 SF space that was initially designed by studio 3 design in 2006 and design a new 6,800 SF addition to the building. The building additional uses a mixture of concreate block, EIFS and corrugated Metal siding to work together with the existing masonry building and blend it with its industrial surroundings.

Old National Bank

Two story, 15,500 SF building designed for developer GP-GMS Bloomington, LLC along Kirkwood Avenue in downtown Bloomington Indiana.

Level one contains a 6,700 SF Old National Bank branch and four lane drive though, while lever two houses 8,700 SF of executive offices for the bank.

A roof deck is incorporated into the corner of level two off the executive board room for corporate events. The building is clad on all sides with a mixture of brick, aluminum store front and local Indiana limestone.

The Delaware

The Delaware is a high-end mixed use development in the Fall Creek Place Neighborhood near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.

The project is a mix of retail space on the ground floor, three levels of high end apartments above and a full underground parking garage, the apartments are a mix of studio, 1 bed and 2 bed units and are targeted towards young professionals wanting to live close to the downtown.

The ground floor retail was completely built-out at opening and includes a restaurant, a dentist office and a tasting room for a local micro-brewery.

Morton Grad

Morton Grad is a 4 story high-end student housing development located in downtown Bloomington, Indiana. The 17 unit, 20 bedroom building features studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments and caters exclusively to the graduate student population at Indiana University.

All units feature laminate wood flooring, large open kitchen and living areas, loft style exposed brick and spiral ductwork on the top level.

Tenth & College Horizons

Horizons Apartments is a 4 story, multi-family apartment building with 41 apartments, totaling 64 beds. The apartments include a multi-level parking garage on level 1 and a portion of level 2. These apartments opened in the fall of 2012.

East Bay I & II

Both East Bay I and East Bay II apartment buildings are 4 story, multi-family housing buildings. East Bay I opened in the Fall of 2011 and East Bay II opened in the fall of 2012. East Bay I includes 25 units and 46 beds. East Bay II includes 39 units with a total of 75 beds.
